If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our store via email or phone within one week of receiving the item. We ask that you return the item to our store within one week after we receive your notification. We will provide the details, including the return address, to the customer as soon as we receive the notification.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After checking the product, we will promptly contact you regarding the refund status. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
