Article 1 (Member)
1."Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership by agreeing to these terms and conditions and following the procedures specified by our company.
2."Member Information" refers to the information disclosed by the member regarding their attributes and transaction history with our company.
3.These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be observed both during the registration process and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Compensation)
1.If a member makes a false declaration at the time of applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations for purchases made through mail order, or if there are other reasons deemed inappropriate for membership by our company, the company may cancel the members membership.
2.If a member commits any of the following acts, they will be liable for any damages incurred by our company as a result:
(1) Illegally using the member number or password.
(2) Accessing the website to alter information or sending harmful computer programs to the website to disrupt the company’s operations.
(3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the company.
(4) Any other acts that violate these terms and conditions.

3.Our company will not be liable for any damages incurred due to the members violation of these terms and conditions.
Article 11 (Revisions to These Terms and Conditions)
Our company may revise these terms and conditions at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Revisions to these terms and conditions or the establishment of Supplementary Terms will take effect when the revised terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the companys designated site. In such cases, members shall comply with the revised terms and conditions and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions, the laws of Switzerland, where our companys headquarters is located, shall govern and be interpreted accordingly.
